Site Supervisor – Infrastructure Projects

Location: Netherton (site-based)

Contract: 6 months initial

Rate: £550–£600 per day (Umbrella)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of infrastructure projects within a site-based environment.

This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of works, acting as a key point of coordination between contractors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent on-site presence, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to site standards
• Monitor contractor performance, carrying out quality checks and site audits, resolving issues where possible and escalating where required
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with design specifications and project requirements
• Track and report on site progress, completing daily/weekly updates on programme, safety, and delivery
• Ensure compliance with planning consents, HSE standards, and project governance requirements
• Support Construction Managers and contribute to project delivery, including attendance at project meetings

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role within construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
• Experience overseeing contractors and ensuring quality and programme delivery
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and escalate issues appropriately
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing site priorities
