An established and growing planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal to Associate Town Planner to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of planning projects while contributing to business growth, client relationships and project delivery across multiple sectors.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering a range of planning projects from inception through to determination.
- Providing strategic planning advice to a diverse client base.
- Managing planning applications, appeals and site promotion projects.
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the planning team.
About You
- MRTPI qualified.
- Strong planning consultancy or development sector experience.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Commercially aware with strong client-facing abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Proactive, motivated and collaborative approach.
