iTrent HRIS Manager

Central London | 3-4 Days Per Week Onsite

Are you an experienced iTrent professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a large, evolving HR and Payroll environment?

We’re seeking an iTrent HRIS Manager to take ownership of our HR systems landscape, working at the heart of a major transformation programme while supporting the ongoing optimisation of a recently implemented iTrent platform.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, enhancing user experience and ensuring the organisation gets maximum value from its investment in iTrent.

Please note: This position requires a candidate with strong, hands-on iTrent implementation experience and the ability to be present in our Central London office 3-4 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the subject matter expert for iTrent, you will:

• Lead the ongoing support, optimisation and development of the iTrent platform

• Partner with HR and Payroll teams to identify improvements, resolve issues and enhance business processes

• Manage and coordinate system changes through robust change control procedures

• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the successful delivery of system enhancements

• Develop and maintain meaningful HR and Payroll reporting solutions using Business Objects and related tools

• Ensure payroll processes remain compliant, auditable and fully supported

• Identify opportunities to automate manual activities through workflows, batch processes, scheduled reporting and process chains

• Support and enhance integrations between iTrent and third-party applications

• Deliver end-user training and help develop system capability across the business

• Act as a key escalation point for complex system issues, working with the software vendor where required

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Essential

• Strong commercial experience administering, supporting or implementing MHR iTrent

• Excellent understanding of HR and Payroll processes

• Experience developing reports using Business Objects or equivalent reporting tools

• Proven experience managing system changes, testing and release processes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to analyse data, troubleshoot issues and translate business requirements into practical system solutions
