Roles & Responsibilities

You will guide young people through core subjects with a specialized focus on Economics up to A-Level. You will:

• Plan and teach microeconomics, macroeconomics, and related subjects.
• Develop learning resources adapted to individual student paces and styles.
• Teach the quantitative and mathematical concepts required for economics.
• Provide assignment feedback, answer inquiries, and lead exam preparation.
• Assist students requiring academic, SEN, or SEMH support with patience and encouragement.

What you’ll need:

• Solid knowledge of Micro/Macroeconomics and proficiency in related mathematics.
• A relevant degree or qualification in Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Ability to explain complex economic theories clearly to learners aged 5–19.
• Right to work in the UK
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Independence, strong time management, and teaching/tutoring experience (SEN/SEMH experience is a plus).
