NEW ROLE | SENIOR ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST | HARROGATE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established architectural practice with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, industrial, logistics, retail and commercial developments across the UK.
We’re seeking a commercially minded design professional with strong job-running experience and a proven track record delivering large-scale projects across sectors including Residential, Retail, Industrial and Logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
✔ Leading projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion
✔ Managing client relationships and multidisciplinary consultant teams
✔ Producing and overseeing technical and construction information
✔ Delivering high-profile commercial developments within a collaborative studio environment
✔ Undertaking CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer responsibilities
To be considered, you’ll ideally have:
ARB/RIBA Architect or MCIAT Chartered Technologist status
8+ years’ experience
Strong project-running and technical delivery experience
Excellent Revit capability
Experience acting as CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer
