What you will do
- Caseload Management: Independently manage a varied caseload within Adult Social Care.
- Assessment & Intervention: Conduct assessments and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions.
- Promoting Independence: Support individuals to maintain independence and improve daily living skills.
- Multidisciplinary Working: Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic care and support.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement person‑centred care and support plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records in line with organisational and professional standards.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working within Adult Social Care settings.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
