Duration:Up to 12 Months

Days PAYE Rates:

• M – F – 1st 40 Hours M-F – £24.15 per hour + £2.91 holiday pay = £27.06 per hour
• Over 40 Hours + Sat/Sun – £30.18 per hour + £3.63 holiday pay = £33.81 per hour
• Lodge Allowance – £60.00 per day worked if over 50 miles

Hours: 55 Hours per week Mon – Sat

About the Role

Integrate Resources Group is currently seeking experienced Platers for an exciting project on large-scale bridge structure. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects, contributing to the construction of critical transport links.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Heavy structural steel plating, fabrication, and assembly
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Working with high-tolerance steel components
• Operating cutting, grinding, and welding tools where required
• Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plater in a heavy structural steel environment
• Previous work on bridge, viaduct, or large‑scale infrastructure projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
• Proficiency in plating, tack welding, and burning
• Valid CSCS card (or equivalent)
• NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship in Plating/Fabrication (preferred)
