Receptionist & Office Administrator – West End, London

The rewards

  • £25,000–£30,000 per annum

Hours

  • Full time, office-based, 5 days per week
  • 9:30am–5:30pm
  • Nearest station: Tottenham Court Road

The role of Receptionist & Office Administrator:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel valued
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, and emails on behalf of Partners
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure records are up to date
  • Perform general office administration including scanning and photocopying
  • Order office supplies and keep the office organised
  • Assist with various administrative and office support tasks as needed

The ideal Receptionist & Office Administrator:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or office administrator, ideally in professional services or accountancy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Office management experience would be advantageous
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of work

This is a permanent role based in a thriving accountancy firm in Central London.
