Job Description:
Walking-With-the-Wounded-5 seeks a Veteran Liaison Support Officer (VLSO) to support veterans in their mental health pathway as part of Op COURAGE, working with Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. The VLSO will manage a caseload and coordinate care across diverse needs.
The ideal candidate will have caseworking experience and the ability to handle a variety of client challenges.
