We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised person to join our office team for the summer season. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping customers, processing bookings, answering enquiries and supporting the day‑to‑day running of the centre.
Main duties include
- Welcoming customers and visitors
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Processing bookings and payments
- Maintaining booking systems and customer records
- Assisting customers with activity and equipment hire arrivals
- Supporting other departments when required
- Keeping reception clean, tidy and welcoming
What we’re looking for

- Comfortable using computers and email
