You will work closely with the Cluster Assistant HR Manager and General Manager to support employee relations matters, ensure compliance with HR processes and policies, and contribute to the delivery of key people initiatives. In addition, you will assist with employee engagement and recognition programmes, helping to foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
