• 1 x 4 on / 4 off (2 Days / 2 Nights – 12 hour shifts. 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
• 1 x Mon – Fri 16/5 (6am-2pm first week, 2pm-10pm following week. 8 hour shifts)

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced operators in operating rolling mills and related machinery
• Monitor production processes according to production schedules and customer specifications and report any deviations or issues
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to maintain high quality standards
• Participate in routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain product quality
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is preferred (but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
• Enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and growing within the company
• Understanding safety procedures and willingness to comply with all safety guidelines
• Forward thinking, technical aptitude, focused target‑driven with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere
