Picker – Part Time Twilight

Overview

Part Time role with Twilight shifts. Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 15:00–21:30.

Responsibilities

• Fill shelves and serve on tills when required; help ensure stock levels are correct and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal; advise Manager of any differences.
• Check quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite when dealing with delivery staff and refer any complex queries or complaints to an appropriate colleague.
• Maintain a can-do attitude and work to meet designated pick rates.
• Be punctual and properly presented at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong customer service mindset with willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Ability to work across multiple areas of the store and manage varying tasks on a daily basis.
• Age 18+ where required by working hours or role (as per policy).
