You’ll Fit Right Inn

As an Assistant Manager you will be key to supporting the General Manager in ensuring that our Inn feels like a home away from home for our guests. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, managing daily operations, and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily duties and lead a team to deliver company standards.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Inn.
  • Handle shift operations in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Conduct administrative tasks and liaise with chefs, management, and suppliers.
  • Perform stocktake and ordering of supplies.
  • Manage accounts and financial matters.
  • Occasionally accommodate sleepovers and respond to guest requests.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in food and hospitality.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Hands‑on, approachable, and able to lead by example.
  • Experience fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
