You’ll Fit Right Inn
As an Assistant Manager you will be key to supporting the General Manager in ensuring that our Inn feels like a home away from home for our guests. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, managing daily operations, and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily duties and lead a team to deliver company standards.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Inn.
- Handle shift operations in a fast‑paced environment.
- Conduct administrative tasks and liaise with chefs, management, and suppliers.
- Perform stocktake and ordering of supplies.
- Manage accounts and financial matters.
- Occasionally accommodate sleepovers and respond to guest requests.
Qualifications
- Strong background in food and hospitality.
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Hands‑on, approachable, and able to lead by example.
- Experience fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
