Community Befriender – Social Support & Wellbeing

ALLKIND is looking for passionate Community Befrienders to provide social support to individuals facing loneliness or isolation in Greater London. This vital role involves delivering both practical and emotional support, boosting independence and confidence among clients.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a supportive and empathetic approach towards clients, ensuring the provision of person-centered support. The position requires a commitment of at least 2 hours weekly and includes competitive pay of £14.80 per hour.

The role offers hybrid-working opportunities, training, and an Employee Assistance Programme for additional support.
