Stores Person – NORCO Composites & GRP Skip to content* Divisions* Sectors* Capabilities* Projects* News* Standards* Careers* Contact### THE ROLE:***£12.76–£14.60/hour DOE***The Stores Person is a critical role within the business and will become a key member of our manufacturing team with a wide range of duties supporting the purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure that stock is correctly received and allocated across the site. This position reports to the Purchasing Manager.### DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for goods in ensuring that deliveries are accurately received, checked, labelled and recorded on Progress Plus.* Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies.* Must have a high level of knowledge with Progress Plus processes to maintain accurate stock control, allocations, and issuing of materials to Production* Unloading and loading deliveries and internal distribution of goods.* Supporting month end activity, including stock checks.* Stock rotation.* Implementing or improving processes and procedures.* Highlighting material shortages### KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:* Experience of working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.* MS Office.* Work well independently but also as a team.* Working in adherence with Health and Safety rules.* Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.* Good team player and excellent communicator.* Familiarity with inventory management systems.### DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:* Forklift Licence.#J-18808-Ljbffr…
