What You Will Be Doing

  • Carry out daily maintenance tasks, including routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and reactive repairs
  • To assist in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and guests, and to ensure all audits, both internal and external, are satisfactory
  • To complete and maintain documentation in line with health and safety regulations relating to water, fire, electrical equipment, appliances, and other technical requirements
  • To liaise with contractors on site, ensuring they are signed in, have completed all necessary permits to work, and that relevant staff are aware of their presence
  • In the event of an emergency, to know the location of, and how to isolate, all valves, switches, power supplies, and drain runs throughout the hotel
