Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints relating to the customer and the property. You must provide the highest level of service to both internal and external clients. This permanent position is based in Edinburgh and offers hybrid working after an initial training period. A basic DBS check is mandatory.

- Customer Service Experience
- A proven track record of dealing with stakeholders
- Expertise with IT packages including MS Office
- Good communication skills
