Female Support Worker – Peterborough
Rate: £12.75 per hourHours: Part Time – 22.5 hours per week

This role involves supporting two independent women living in their own homes, helping them maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle. Both individuals enjoy spending time in the community, so a full UK driving licence is essential. One woman requires sensory‑based support and the successful candidate will provide person‑centred care tailored to her specific needs, promoting comfort, engagement and well‑being at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred support tailored to each resident’s needs
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Organise and accompany residents to community appointments and outings
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in condition
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and the wider team
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and reliable access to a car
- Full training in support work with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- Experience of providing sensory‑based support is an advantage
- Commitment to person‑centred care and respect for individual choice
