As a Complex Carer, you will support individuals with complex needs by delivering person‑centred care, managing challenging behaviours, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of UK care experience in complex care
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
