Despatch Operatives – Flixton, Bungay

We are currently recruiting for Despatch Operatives to join our team in Flixton, Bungay.

• Permanent, full time role working days.
• The hours of work are 6am-6pm.
• The weekly salary is £546.94.

Main Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring quality.
• Carrying out temperature checks.
• Accurately completing paperwork and recording information.
• Ensuring products being despatched meet customer specifications and new legislative requirements.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Maintaining and improving systems and processes.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous export / dispatch administration experience is ideal, but not essential as training will be provided.

Excellent administrative experience is essential, as is the ability to multitask.

An overall understanding of transport / export / logistics compliance would be ideal.

Previous experience working in a warehouse / manufacturing / freight / transport environment would be ideal.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is a hands on approach – you will be expected to work directly with the warehousing / manufacturing departments and may be required to wear safety gear on site.
