Experienceguildford is seeking a Youth Theatre Leader to deliver engaging and creative weekly theatre sessions for young people aged 13–16. The role involves planning, resource allocation, and creating a supportive environment that fosters confidence and creativity.
The position requires an enthusiastic theatre practitioner skilled in working with teenagers. Sessions are scheduled weekly during term time, and additional hours may be required for production preparation.
The salary is £35 per hour for session delivery and £18 per hour for preparation.
