Level 2 Teaching Assistant – Wellingborough

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Wellingborough.

Whether you’re looking for the flexibility of ad-hoc supply work, short-term assignments, or a long-term role with the potential to become permanent, we have opportunities to suit your needs and availability.

The Role

• Supporting pupils across a range of age groups and abilities
• Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
• Assisting with classroom management and pupil wellbeing
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Has previous experience working in a school setting
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s education
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
