Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant
You’ll play an important part in helping pupils with a range of SEN needs access learning and develop essential skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored support alongside teachers and support staff
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in the education and training environment
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting children through both structured activities and creative sessions
