- Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday – Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary: £34,165 per annum

Main responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to all clients and visitors
- Provide refreshments to clients when necessary
- Assist staff satisfaction by making teas/coffees and providing adhoc assistance
- Provide administrative support including photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents; book taxis and couriers; collect and distribute parcels
- Manage meeting room reservations and process enquiries (booking rooms, videoconference/audioconference, catering when requested)
- Assist in organising events by setting up breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
- Answer all incoming calls and emails promptly
- Take ownership of the reception and associated areas, liaising with cleaners, facilities, security, and other departments as needed
