Are you a Painter and Decorator looking for a new role in and around the Berkshire / Hampshire area? This is a great opportunity to join a well-established FM company that works across commercial sites throughout the region. These sites include hotels, pubs, Pubs and Restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance across various sites, focusing primarily on carpentry-related tasks such as repairs to doors, locks, woodwork, skirting boards and architraves.
• Execute basic maintenance duties, including plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating.
• Perform some roofing duties.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled Painter & Decorator with experience in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating.
• Basic experience in plumbing and ideally in tiling, painting and decorating.
• Ability to work on a range of commercial sites, including hotels, pubs, Pubs and Restaurants.
