Job Title: Parcel Sorter – loading, unloading and sorting parcels
Location: Lutterworth – LE17 4XT. Please confirm you can travel to site for your shift.
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off – Day & Night shifts (07:00–18:00 and 20:00–07:00) – 5 of 7 days. Full‑time only. Student applications not accepted.
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.40 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 13 weeks)
Experience: None required; MHE experience preferable.
About the Role
We are looking for Parcel Sorters to join our team in Lutterworth. You don’t need warehouse experience – just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team‑player mindset. This is a very sought‑after role, and we are specifically looking for people who can work full time – unfortunately, this does mean that we cannot accept applications from students.
You must be able to commit to full time shifts, travel to the site for your shifts and have a good grasp of the English language.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting parcels across both inbound and outbound departments
- Loading and unloading parcels
- Using hand scanners and other equipment (full training provided)
- Operating pump trucks and pulling cages
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Working with your team to hit daily targets
You should be:
- Able to work on your feet and lift items within safe manual handling limits
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment
- A team player who communicates well
- Flexible and able to follow instructions
- Punctual, with a good work ethic
- Able to commit to full time shifts
- Able to travel to and from site for your shifts (please check the location)
