Location: Luttons Community Primary AcademyHours: 8.30am – 1.30pm, Monday to FridaySalary: £26,427 – £27,274 (Actual Salary: £15,452 – £15,947)Contract: Fixed term until 31-07-2027
About the role
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about developing the true potential of children through a nurturing, inspiring, challenging, and motivating environment.
Responsibilities
- Support with meals and supervise children during lunch periods.
- Provide occasional basic administrative support.
Qualifications
- Calm and caring disposition.
- Ability to break down activities into small steps and support step teaching.
- Team player, willing to work closely with others with the children’s best interests at heart.
- Knowledge and understanding of child development and the curriculum.
- Passion for enhancing each child’s experiences and building upon their learning.
