As a Demi Chef de Partie you’ll support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards across the kitchen. Responsibilities
- Support senior chefs with food preparation, recipe development, and menu creation
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintain excellent organization and efficiency within the kitchen
- Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Support and encourage the development of junior kitchen team members
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

Work Schedule
You will work a five-day week on a rota basis, with shifts that may include:
- 6.00am – 2.00pm
- 7.00am – 3.00pm
- 3.00pm – 11.00pm
