Sales Assistant – Swindon
We are a family‑run cycle retailer with nationwide stores and a thriving e-commerce operation. We are opening a brand‑new store in Swindon and are looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our team.
About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day‑to‑day operation of our store.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Operate our workshop diary and booking system
- Use the EPOS till system
- Manage stock and assist with stock takes
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers
- Undertake general shop duties to support the smooth running of the store
Qualifications
- Proactive and hard‑working
- Computer literate
- Passionate about cycling and the cycling industry
- Professional, courteous, and customer‑focused
- Able to work effectively as part of a team

Working Hours
Our concession stores operate between five and seven days per week, depending on location, with trading hours typically ranging from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across these operating hours, including weekends and peak trading periods. Split shifts will be required.
