What you can expect to be doing

• Helping deliver any form of performing arts that you excel and enjoy
• Supporting with the set up and pack down of sessions, including cleaning.
• Motivating young people to participate in individual and group dance/acting opportunities, particularly those who may not have done this before.
• Building positive relationships with young people across the youth zone Working collaboratively with the Creative Coordinator and other members of staff to support the delivery of sessions (and if you’re confident enough, to lead!).
• Supporting young people with a range of different needs. Promoting an inclusive culture where all young people are listened to, cared for and valued.
• Following all safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures, and promptly reporting any concerns in line with organisational policies.
