Reporting to the General Counsel for Europe, you will provide legal, compliance and risk management support across multiple jurisdictions.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
- Advising stakeholders on legal risks and contractual strategy
- Supporting compliance initiatives and risk management activities
- Managing legal documentation and internal contract systems
- Coordinating execution of contracts (electronic and wet signature)
- Liaising with external parties on notarisation and apostille matters
- Attending compliance meetings and maintaining accurate records
- Delivering timely, pragmatic legal advice to internal clients
Profile
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years’ PQE, gained in private practice and/or in‑house.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience in areas such as data protection, employment, product regulation or international trade
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
- A proactive, adaptable and commercially minded approach
- Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
