Site Manager – High-End Residential Project Marlborough
We are working on behalf of a leading main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a flagship high‑end residential development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established main contractor known for delivering premium residential projects with exceptional finishes and attention to detail.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a key section of works on a complex residential project, overseeing site operations from structural stages through to high‑end internal finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day site management and coordination of subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Driving programme and maintaining quality across all stages
- Managing health & safety in line with site requirements
- Reporting into the Project Manager and contributing to progress meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed‑use projects
- Ideally experience with RC frame structures (double basement exposure beneficial)
- Strong background in high‑end finishing is essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
