Position Details

• Positions Available: 1
• Start Date: Monday 15th June
• Project: Residential Refurbishment
• Pay Rate & Hours: £260.00 per day, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
• Required Duration: 12 weeks

Experience & Qualifications

Working as a Site Manager on the refurbishment of residential apartments, managing all aspects of Health & Safety on site, including site inductions. Managing all sub‑contractors and reporting back to Project and Contract Managers.

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card
