We’re now hiring aHealth &SafetyManagertosupportmultiple majorprojectsacrossBirmingham, Suffolk and Kent. This is a chance toleadfrom the front, influencesafetyculture, and embedwellbeinginto every layer ofdelivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the go-to expert,supportingmanagers and site teams to meet the highestsafetystandards.
- Coach and guideoperationalteams usingourInclusion&Wellbeingengagementtools – helping everyone have a voice on site.
- Carry out assuranceactivitiesthat giveconfidencein howeffectivelysafetyprocesses are working.
- Work as part of acollaborative,high-performingteam on some of the most complex and excitinginfrastructureprojectsin the UK.
What we’re looking for
- Level 5qualification(minimum) in a relevant subject
- Background incivils orinfrastructureprojects
- Strong technical knowledge inOccupationalHealth RiskManagementandSafetyRiskManagement
- Skilled in coaching, training, auditing, andinvestigations
- Membership of a relevantprofessionalbody
