We’re now hiring aHealth &SafetyManagertosupportmultiple majorprojectsacrossBirmingham, Suffolk and Kent. This is a chance toleadfrom the front, influencesafetyculture, and embedwellbeinginto every layer ofdelivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the go-to expert,supportingmanagers and site teams to meet the highestsafetystandards.
  • Coach and guideoperationalteams usingourInclusion&Wellbeingengagementtools – helping everyone have a voice on site.
  • Carry out assuranceactivitiesthat giveconfidencein howeffectivelysafetyprocesses are working.
  • Work as part of acollaborative,high-performingteam on some of the most complex and excitinginfrastructureprojectsin the UK.

What we’re looking for

  • Level 5qualification(minimum) in a relevant subject
  • Background incivils orinfrastructureprojects
  • Strong technical knowledge inOccupationalHealth RiskManagementandSafetyRiskManagement
  • Skilled in coaching, training, auditing, andinvestigations
  • Membership of a relevantprofessionalbody
