Head of HR £60,000 – £80,000 London, UK Permanent
What you’ll do
- Lead employee engagement, wellbeing and culture strategy.
- Serve as HR lead and partner to the CEO and leadership team.
- Provide people insights and reporting to leadership and the board.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, supporting engagement and performance.
- Confident in handling complex cases independently, providing practical HR advice and support.
- Lead and evolve the global people strategy to support growth and performance.
- Drive HR operations, systems and policies ensuring compliance and commercial alignment.
- Handle payroll processes with external providers ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee recruitment and support workforce planning through hiring strategy.
What you’ll need
- Substantial HR experience, ideally within retail or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience in a senior HR or Head of People role.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Strong communicator, confident in building relationships and providing constructive input.
- Experience across performance management and employee engagement.
- Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Resilient and highly organised, able to work autonomously with strong ownership.
- Experience using HR systems/platforms.
