Data Analyst / Business Analyst (Fixed Term Contract – 8 Weeks)

Location: Salford Priors, Evesham, WR11 8SW

Pay Rate: £23.00 – £27.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Contract: Temporary Fixed-Term Contract (8 Weeks)

Hours: Full-Time, On-Site

Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Essential

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join a growing business based in Evesham on an 8-week fixed‑term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly analytical individual with strong data manipulation and reporting skills to support business decision‑making across e‑commerce, production, warehouse, CRM and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, cleanse and manipulate large datasets from multiple business systems.
• Extract and interpret data from CRM and ERP platforms.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Produce meaningful business intelligence reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Analyse e-commerce performance data and identify trends and opportunities.
• Create reporting solutions for production and warehouse operations.
• Work with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst position.
• Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills.
• Strong experience using Power BI to create dashboards and reports.
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

Desirable

• Experience within e‑commerce, manufacturing, production or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of SQL or other database querying tools.
• Experience integrating data from multiple business systems.
