Credit Controller | Nottingham | Hybrid Working | Up to £28,500 + Bonus
New opportunity… I’m supporting a well-established and highly successful business with the recruitment of a Credit Controller to join their Finance Shared Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Credit Management function where you’ll take ownership of your own ledger, build strong customer relationships and play a key role in driving cash collection performance.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining a designated customer ledger
- Chasing overdue debt and improving cash collection performance
- Resolving customer queries and account disputes
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Services and internal stakeholders
- Reviewing credit limits and supporting risk management processes
- Releasing credit-held orders and supporting business growth
What we’re looking for / Requirements
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence managing customer accounts and overdue debt
