TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer/HVAC Engineer to work for one of the UK’s leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities.

Across Kent and parts of London.
Contract Details
Salary – up to £55,000 / Year, subject to experience. Schedule – Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Working hours – 8am to 4pm. On‑call – 1 in 4 weeks (negotiable). Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics may be offered.
Responsibilities
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
- Rectifying faults found
- Works on splits, VRF, AC, overdoor heaters, HRU, fan coils, AHU
Qualifications
- Full UK License – 6 points max.
- F‑Gas Category 1 Qualified
- City & Guilds NVQ in air conditioning or equivalent
