Overview
Take on a long-term contract role with weekly pay and consistent SOR work as an Electrician, carrying out testing across social housing properties in DE4 and DE6. Responsibilities
- Carrying out EICRs across social housing properties
- Completing testing works on a schedule of rates basis
- Identifying and completing additional electrical repairs where required
- Working across DE4, DE6 and nearby areas
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to compliance standards
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 testing and inspection qualification
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience working in social housing
