Overview
We are looking for an experienced Work Experience Officer. It is essential that applicants have a proven successful track record of employer engagement. Experience of working with young people is essential, including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and EHCPs (Education Health Care Plans).
Responsibilities
- Match young people to suitable work experience opportunities
- Support them whilst on placement
- Conduct regular reviews with employers
Qualifications
- Proven track record of employer engagement
- Experience of working with young people, including those with SEMH and EHCPs
