We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales Manager to oversee and develop our business across the South of England and Wales. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the continued success of a respected and established British manufacturer.

Location

Covering the South of England and Wales, with travel throughout the UK as required.

The Role

  • Manage and develop relationships with a large network of electrical wholesalers and distribution partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sales growth across the region.
  • Promote and support new product introductions within the market.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
  • Deliver sales targets and objectives for your territory.
  • Provide market feedback to support future product development and business growth initiatives.

  • Previous sales experience with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Commercially aware with a strong desire to grow existing accounts and win new business.
