Job Description We are looking for an experienced supervisor who will champion health and safety, support engineering leadership, and maintain strong working relationships across the ISS team, clients, suppliers and the wider ISS community. The role will ensure all works are delivered in line with contract requirements and governance standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise the Engineering Day and Shift Team in the completion of planned maintenance and reactive repairs across M&E services and building fabric. Ensure maximum uptime of building services and continuous support of client operations. Support and adhere to ISS Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and HASAWA, promoting a strong health and safety culture with a zero-accident goal. Supervise, oversee and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and extra works/emergencies in line with contract requirements. Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are followed and maintain accurate records and documentation relating to electrical PPM and plant. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with ISS teams, clients, suppliers and the wider ISS community, ensuring clear communication of daily issues. Support the UK & Campus Engineering Leadership Team in improving service delivery through SOPs, EOPs and technical solutions for reactive and planned maintenance. Organise and maintain local shift patterns and duty rosters, ensuring compliance with all relevant directives. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Suitably qualified in an engineering discipline. Experience working in a similar banking environment across multi-site locations. Strong experience in engineering operations, including critical engineering environments. Previous experience working within and supervising engineering teams in an FM, banking or property-related industry. Proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery. Strong knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices. NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
