Key duties and responsibilities
Role profiles at this job responsibility level are either roles that require highly skilled subject matter experts or roles that lead a team (of at least three direct or indirect reports) with cross‑functional impact within and/or outside the organisation. All roles at this level make tactical decisions, create operational plans for the short or medium term and make recommendations to their seniors about potential strategic decisions in response to, for example, emerging trends or legislative changes or other risks and opportunities.
These roles work to defined and measurable performance objectives and have freedom to determine how they are achieved by agreement with their manager. Roles at this job responsibility level generally work independently with minimal supervision.
