Imports Manager — FMCG Meat (Hybrid/Remote)

HTE Recruitment is seeking an Imports Manager for a leading FMCG and Ingredients firm located in Basildon. This role involves overseeing the importation process, ensuring all paperwork for goods is accurate, and collaborating with a customs brokerage firm. You will work mainly hybrid/remote, but occasional dock visits in London or Essex may be needed.

The candidate should possess a background in freight forwarding, knowledge of food imports, and experience in reviewing customs paperwork. The firm is currently importing 400 to 500 tons of meat products and aims to expand operations.
