Hybrid: Tenancy Enforcement & Housing Protection Lead

Surrey Council is looking for a Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join its Housing Service in East Horsley. This role includes enforcing housing legislation and managing complex anti-social behaviour cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in housing enforcement and excellent negotiation skills.

The position offers a hybrid working model and is initially contracted with a strong likelihood of extension. Pay is between £40-£50 per hour based on experience.
