DV Cleared Senior Project Manager – IT

Location: Basingstoke

Duration: 6 months

Rate: Up to £600 per day via an approved umbrella Company

Must be willing and eligible to go through the DV Clearance process

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and insights
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies

Desired skills:

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives
• Certification such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent is advantageous

Qualifications:

• A recognised qualification in project management or related field
• Licences or certifications in project management are preferred
