Car Park Officer

Full time permanent. 42 hours per week. £14.16 per hour.

The Car Park Officer is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the car park, delivering excellent customer service at all times. The role involves monitoring parking activity, enforcing site regulations, and supporting visitors to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the car park to maintain safety and security
• Enforce parking terms and conditions in line with site policies
• Provide assistance and directions to customers and visitors
• Monitor CCTV and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity
• Carry out routine checks of equipment, signage, and payment systems
• Liaise with the control room and emergency services where necessary

• Basic IT and reporting skills

What We Are Looking For

• Previous Security Experience
• SIA License SG/DS and CCTV
• SC Clearance desirable
• Knowledge of Car Park systems desirable.
