Senior Developer Contributions Planner – Interim

CPR in East London is seeking an experienced Developer Contributions Principal Planner for a hybrid position. This role involves managing and negotiating developer contributions, including Section 106 agreements and CIL matters, while working closely with stakeholders to ensure infrastructure benefits.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning obligation knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare detailed reports. Relevant qualifications such as RTPI or RICS membership are preferred.
