The role offers involvement from concept to completion, covering design development, planning, technical packages, and site coordination, with hybrid working available.**Practice & Project Information** This established practice works on bespoke private residential projects, including refurbishment, reconfiguration, and enhancement of luxury homes. Projects typically range from £1 million to £6 million and require careful detailing, technical accuracy, and clear coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.**Key Responsibilities**Support high-end residential projects from early design through to completionPrepare drawings, coordinated packages, and presentation material using AutoCAD and SketchUpRun projects across RIBA stages 1 to 7 with programme awareness and design intentLead meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, keeping decisions recordedProduce detailed construction information for bespoke residential schemesMaintain strong technical and presentation standards for planning, tender, and construction stages**Required Skills and Experience**Part III qualified Architect with proven experience working on luxury residential projects in LondonPortfolio showing high-end residential projects with strong design and technical resolutionConfident running projects through all RIBA stagesGood working knowledge of UK planning processes, listed building consents, and residential constraintsSound understanding of traditional detailing, specifications, and material selectionHigh proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp**Benefits and Package** Hybrid working with 1 day from home each week. 20 days annual leave, birthday leave, and Christmas shutdown.
